How often can I get my kit shipped to me?

After receiving your introductory kit, you may adjust your auto-delivery frequency to suit your individual usage. You can schedule your subsequent kit to ship every 4 to 20 weeks. If I choose "ship now," am I changing my frequency?

No. The "ship now" option applies only to your next auto-delivery shipment. This option is helpful if you plan to be out of town when your next shipment is due to arrive, or if you run out of your products early. Can I add items to my next shipment?

Yes, you can add new products to your kit anytime, after receiving your introductory kit. Simply shop for the product you want and select the "add to kit" button. The item will be included in your next shipment. How do I return my products?

This usually means the brush is fully charged. When the battery's low that's when the light will come on to show you the battery's getting recharged.
